10.10 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance : Student’s feedback is obtained for faculty assessment at the end of the semester in the prescribed format which consists of 15 parameters on a scale of 1 to 4.
10.11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students : Students’ complaint register (as per ISO 9001 – 2008) is maintained in the office, wherein they can communicate their grievances. All the suggestions and grievances are addressed by the grievance committee and necessary actions are taken accordingly.
