The Mentor Mentee Sessions are explicitly meant to be a personalized interface between the Faculty and the Student, wherein a faculty member is assigned 7-8 students to counsel and guide them upon the field/specialization, the student has chosen or will be choosing in the future, by solving their qualms. Over time, the students are assigned few projects, case studies, etc. so as to facilitate the students in various aspects like Placements, Internship Projects, etc. If any student encounters any trouble during the term about the Course or any personal/emotional hitch, the Mentors at GNIMS are available as their confidantes.

Under the Mentor-Mentee Interaction Sessions, Career Guiding Sessions are also conducted which are now an integral part of the Management Program at GNIMS
