ACADEMIC STAGES
For the purpose of imparting the best possible education, the school has been divided into 4 academic stages:
1. Pre-Primary – Nursery, Junior KG & Senior KG
2. Primary – Classes 1 to 4
3. Middle – Classes 5 to 8
4. Secondary – Classes 9 to 12

Bearing in mind that every student is developmentally different in each stage of school, the academic policies and processes are different at each stage. Details of the academic policy for each stage are available in-depth elsewhere.

Each stage is called a Cluster, and this is headed by a Cluster Coordinator, who has a lot of autonomy in implementing policies and procedures.

ADMINISTRATOR
The school has adopted a consultative and participative style of management. It has a decentralized and delegated management structure.

The Principal takes the major policy decisions in consultation with the School Administrative Committee.

The Student Counsellor assists the Cluster Coordinators in the design and follow-up of support programmes for academically weak students and those with Learning disabilities. She also counsels students with behavioural problems and interacts with parents when necessary.

The Academic Supervisor is wholly responsible for the implementation of the policy decisions with respect to academic issues of the entire school; setting up of various remediation programs, monitoring results and identifying staff training programmes.

The Cluster Coordinators are wholly responsible for the implementation of the policy decisions with respect to administrative and disciplinary issues in their respective clusters. Teachers should take up all relevant issues with their Cluster Coordinator.

Subject Coordinators assist the Academic Supervisor in ensuring a high quality in the transaction of the curriculum, instruction and assessment in their respective subjects.

Class Teachers will be the link between the students of a class and the other teachers, Cluster Coordinators and the Principal.
